Willow (Year 3)
This term, we are taking a walk on the wild side! Our topic is ‘Predator’ and we will be exploring many different animals along the way. In English, we will use Michael Morpurgo’s The Butterfly Lion as inspiration for diary entries. Science will see us continue our work on animals and humans, focusing in on food chains and the cycle of life. The features of biomes, and how humans affect these, are crucial to the animals that live in various parts of the world and this will form the basis of our geography. For art, we will study the vivid style of Tingatinga to produce our own animal paintings.
