Supporting your child with reading at home

Dear Parents and Carers,

On Thursday 7th October, we will be holding a meeting to give ideas and suggestions on how to support your child with their reading at home along with expectations around their reading diaries.

The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 3.30pm and will last approximately 30 minutes. To access the meeting, please use the link:

The importance of reading for children cannot be underestimated. Reading regularly can benefit a child’s education, social and cognitive development, their wellbeing, and their mental health.

For these reasons, we would love to see as many parents and carers there as possible.

Kind regards,

Sarah Dudley
