This week, we have been sharing the story, ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’. We have been exploring animal patterns and were all very interested in why tigers have stripes.
We took our exploring outside to the wildlife area where we used crayons and paper to create tree rubbing stripes for our tigers. The overall effect was beautiful!
The children worked as a team to find the best tree for the job!
We also discovered that stripes show other animals that this animal is dangerous… just like badgers!
